An MMORPG where the world is the enemy
The planet keeps score.
Most worlds send you a boss because a designer put one there. This one sends a boss because of what you did in the last 10 minutes.
Clear enough creatures out of a region and the region answers. Put down enough of those wardens in one zone and the zone itself stands up. Walk away and, given time, it calms down again.

The escalation ladder
Every kill is a vote. The planet counts them.
-
25
kills in one region
inside 10 minutes, and the region has had enough.
-
A warden walks
2,194 health, and it arrives beside whoever provoked it, already swinging.
-
3
wardens fall
inside 30 minutes, and the whole zone takes it personally.
-
The zone stands up
A Dragon with 9,000 health, breathing fire from 24 m off.
What the game is
Built around one grudge
-
Player versus planet
The escalation ladder is the content. Regions answer slaughter with wardens, and zones answer dead wardens with something worse.
-
Parties that just happen
Walk near someone outside the city and you are grouped, up to 5. Walk away from everyone and you are not. Nobody sends an invite.
-
Dungeons as the end game
Generated the moment you step in, and yours alone. The foyer is always empty, and if you do not like the layout you can roll another.
-
PvP you opt into
Off until you switch it on, and never inside the city. The Bloodmarch, past the Frostmark, flags everyone who walks onto it. Flagged players already group over a much longer range; fighting each other is still to come.
The bestiary
The locals would like a word
They come in packs, they fight together, and every one of them lives on the server.
One continent
Ten zones, no loading walls
Start behind the walls of Spitehold, then walk out. The land runs on across every border, and each ring of zones is meaner than the last.
The world is waiting. It is not happy about it.
Play in any browser with WebGPU, or download the Windows client. It's the same world either way.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The launcher is about 2 MB. It downloads the game the first time (a few hundred MB, everything included), and keeps it up to date every time you start it. It isn't signed yet, so Windows may say the publisher is unknown: choose More info, then Run anyway.
